Dr. Safa Rubaye, MD

Dr. Rubaye is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA), where he also worked on research detecting biomarkers of dementia. He treats depression, PTSD, OCD, mood and personality disorders, and substance use in adolescents and adults.
